John Deere Gator TH 6x4 Diesel preview

I bought a used gator for the homestead.
It's my first ever John Deere product. Will it be the LAST???

I just picked up a 1994 model of the 6x4, and got the motor rebuilt. Now, just to tube the tires so they hold pressure. I tried to drive it today, and bogged down in a snow drift ( steering tire wasn't holding pressure, and I was trying to limp to my shop to tube it. without a grip on one side I slid off the drift into tractor ruts, and bottomed jacked it.) I was really hoping to get it running to see what it would do before I loose the snow, but if I get the tires tubed tomorrow morning, I might still be able to go for a ride before experimenting to see what it thinks of mud season. I have been searching for videos to see what I can learn from other peoples mistakes instead of just having fun and getting stuck on my own, but I'll be welding on hitch receivers in the front and back so I can have a movable winch to get me out of trouble. I also have a broadcast seeder I want to be able to quickly mount, but I might just drill out the box to be able to bolt it down. Not sure yet, and i have another month before I seed the hay fields.

Any known issues with these models? Found one for sale and am kind of leery since i dont know anything about these
