As we take a final look at our "Secret Doors" tour, we would like to explain how several aspects of Vizcaya were not shown.
➡️ Even though we would truly want our visitors and viewers to see every corner, preserving Vizcaya is still a top priority.
We hope you have enjoyed this special tour.

As much as we would delight in exploring truly every corner of this marvelous museum and showing you everything along the way, unfortunately, there are places hidden away in Vizcaya that are off-limits even to us.
➡️ The preservation of this historic building has to be the highest priority and means that in some cases the extra wear on the aged doors would be detrimental to the fragile structure.
We enjoyed this tour and showing you all the hidden corners of our beloved Vizcaya. Many rooms are now used to hold the air-conditioning that was installed later in its life, but the air of Vizcaya is meticulously preserved so that the mansion retains its grand intrigue.
