Finally, someone with some common sense. Look at the history of our educational system since the Department of Education was created under Jimmy Carter. Since that moment, our educational system has consistently gone downhill. Centralizing our education at the Federal Level has been a disaster. Transfer it back to the States and local governments where it belongs. The Federal Government is the cause of our failing educational system.
