In 90 polio is very common in india.
i don't know why but every time when i get difficulty in walking, this man comes to my mind, how he saved life of millions of people and make life easy for another millions of people like me, without expecting anything in return.

I was born the year Salk's vaccine was rolled out (1955).  If it wasn't for that vaccine, I wouldn't be writing these comments.  Thank you, Jonas Salk, for saving my life.

As a Nigerian, i am so grateful for Dr. Salk👏👏 When my grandparents were young, polio was a serious disease here but they and others got the vaccine and it saved so many lives. Same with my parents and me later in the late 90s when i was born. Polio is less of a threat now. God bless Dr. Salk.
