We are looking into the 5500 this year as well. And you when you cracked your intercooler it allowed the turbo to over spool, not being able to build boost. It cools the intake air not the turbo. Probably spun the bearings or broke an impeller fin. Blew a pipe connector did the same thing new turbo.

Nice trucks. I don't know how your DOT regs work in your state. I used to pull a 40' gooseneck and we put our inspection sticker on the inside of the neck out of the sun. This eliminated the fading and problems caused by washing the trailer. I just found your channel and enjoy it.

I've got a 2014 5500 diesel which I use for towing and hauling water. It was my truck big truck. Didnt go 3500 due to towing and hauling. Rids like a tank, but putting 5000lbs of water on the back of rides like a Cadillac. Lol I hear you when they ride rough

We do small jobs also one day jobs half a day jobs 2 day jobs and we are super efficient and quick. We probably do more in revenue and profit as compare as bigger jobs. Small jobs are understated it’s about speed and efficiency
