Can't beat a best of each of the chef's. Feel each of them bring a different feel to it, I always enjoy Michael feel he is the most respectful, while Alvin's time related callouts are ideal for being in the gym or when walking up, while Claudio is generally balanced, but all 3 are great regardless.

I love how Chef Alvin tastes them and gives them constructive feedback about each and every element used and also how it should or can be used, which is very important. Not Only giving your opinion but also how to do it, is the way a professional chef gives the home cooks a new way to look into things. Even I am amazed as this show has got to me and now I'm timing my cooking to see how fast but tasty food can be created in lesser time. And ofcourse, less drama and more learning from MasterChef Canada! I love this show.

The main thing I love about MasterChef is how so many of the contestants support each others cooking and smile whenever their “opponents” succeed! I love the respect and kindness they show each other!

Alvin's like the polar opposite of Joe. He's fierce and harsh, but only because he knows when something's bad. Even so, he still tries the dish anyway, because it's still his job to critique on it.
