She might be originally from India but surely doesn't seem living in India. She didn't say cost in Japan is lower than India but lower than our country. so she might be living in some other country. Her english accent also looks similar to western countries. If you compare cost of daily use items in Japan and India, then India is way cheaper.

She maybe half indian and liges lives abroad because of her facial textures does not meet the indian way like (literally no states in india has such texture so) and rest she said the cost of living in japan is cheaper which is absolutely absurd.
India is way more cheaper coz the standard of living here is low!!.
She said "our country " probably she is guessing the cost about india or maybe she is talking about the her other half country!!
