Automation, AI and digital technologies mean that in the next 10 to 15 years, 21 million new jobs will be created and 90% of all jobs will require at least some level of digital skills.

How can Europe make the most of this transformation? At this Future of Work event, policymakers, industry, trade unions, tech experts and creators discussed the impact of automation on business growth, jobs and society in Europe.
