all your videos on genetics topics(i watched only these) are awesome! i wish only you had videos about epistasis, and genetic control of coat color in mammals. I get very confused with all of the genes (A, B, S, W, C, T, L) that determine cat coat color.

Question: If the XX of a female cell is affected randomly by inactivation of 1 X ( barr body ) How can X-linked diseases occur? seeing as only 1 of the 2 X will be expressing (like a male - XY)?? 

also, If the maternal X [Xm] is affected and half the cells will by probability be inactivated, why is the disease phenotype holistic to the person?
