Why doesn't the Homeless Guy just check his email? Professional Responsibility, Ethics, Incentives

Found a new puzzle piece related to the Law and Ethics of self-defense in the Legal realm, as related to homeless people who are insolvent and likely meet the Vulnerable Adult definition with a physical infirmity--inability to do certain actions while maintaining professional responsibility to oneself.

I wanted to go into other angles, had such a mental explosion.

Touched on some other stuff like why even being in contact with homeless people is a liability to me, why opening myself up with live streams and comments is problematic.

This is far from a convincing argument of anything, I just wanted to get this topic started.
