Wish I could clean out my kitchen of non keto foods, but my husband isn’t eating keto and loves sweet. But mostly loves chips, chips and more chips. My nemesis. Makes it very hard.

Love watching you guys. Y'all are awesome. I started keto again on 12/31/21 and I'm down nearly 100 pounds. Next year is going to definitely be better. My big takeaway this year is that Keto is a lifestyle, not diet. I weighed myself nearly every day in 2021 to track my weight on a spreadsheet I created but I'm moving to weekly weigh-ins for next year. Y'all definitely have encouraged me so much these past few months.

You guys have such a lovely way of presenting information. I enjoy all your videos. I agree with all your tips; especially not fearing fat. If you aren't providing energy for your body with carbs you must give it energy with fat. That definitely helps you feel better. Congrats on your success. How do y'all not have more subscribers???? I started June 1st 2022, as of today I’m 206. I read labels faithfully, one thing I don’t do is count calories, macros. I have never snacked, it makes no sense to me. I also do 2 meals a day, I tried for 3 but I simply can not. I do try to eat early and have nothing after 6pm. This works for me. Starting weight was 285

Love you two! Great video, glad to see you are covering the basics to begin 2023. I especially loved you talked about loving RICE. Me too! Just about 2 weeks ago I was able to convince myself to throw out all of my rice and I had lots and multiple kinds. That was hard and a little scary. Have heard lots of people talk about bread and pasta addictions but you're the first with rice and that makes me feel not alone in that weird addiction. I started my health journey in June 2022 (not with keto) and began with these simple rules: No eating after 7pm (probably the most helpful and saved myself thousands of calories), No added sugars, and eat whole real foods as much as possible. After trying a whole food plant-based diet and not getting the results I needed (reverse pre-diabetes) I researched some more and ended up with keto. Had a few rough days over the holidays but back on track and looking forward to joining you in your journey. I plan to use a 16/8 intermittent fasting window going forward.
