- 1 1/2 cup (400 mL) whipping heavy cream, chilled
- 2 oz (60 grams) semi-sweet chocolate, very small pieces
- Fresh berries (of your choice)
- Fresh strawberries

For decoration:
- Fresh berries of your choice
- Fresh strawberries
- Confectioners' sugar (for dusting)
