whenever i shut it down it resets everything!
and if I click on the Microsoft store it disappears and I try to find it, I see it and I click on it

Hi, just a problem with Microsoft pre-installed apps and also all the apps downloaded form microsoft store.
I've tried the ways on internet and also in this video, but i can't access the advance option for those apps in settings but the apps with no problem does that well.
And also, I've open a new user account, i can't see those apps in the downloaded app list in settings
So what is this problem?

Hi I tried the reset the app but it keeps loading forever and as I speak it’s still loading I don’t think it’s ever going ti finish any tips or any way to fix it and also while it’s resetting I can’t use it so now I can even use the app at all

Microsoft store is not in my apps under settings. It's gone! 😭Idk what happened.
Black screen popped up and quickly went away then dialog box with no app pops up and ok is grayed out.
