Whitney, we know that you're a brilliant read. So, allow me to pose a question for you. If more than 80% of Bitcoin was mined and/ or purchased by early adopters who are natively married to the original bitcoin ethos, how then should we be worried about being co-opted by filthy fiat masters? Here's an original ethos quote that I hope will allay your fears: " You don't change bitcoin, Bitcoin changes you." Trust the process. Trust the protocol. We need most high net worth Bitcoiners to run their own nodes. The ethos is built into the code.
