This lady, could be the most underrated staff of Carlos, in the total composition of an athlete. How many times have you seen an athlete, but for one reason or another, didn't have the mindset to take it to the next level. This lady is very on point, keeping balance in life, approaching stress and loss of confidence. Let alone the lab instruments she's using to take anatomic measurements and physiological data.

This is what i'd call how to polish a diamond, with a mind Coach. Hazel Calawod, should be, getting some calls. She just seems to have a way of talking that seems soothing, and estimating high level athletes, need someone like this, when they feel they're getting beat down from the physical grind, coupled with the mental.
