Myelofibrosis is a rare type of bone marrow cancer. Patient advocate Ruth Fein Revell was diagnosed with myelofibrosis in 2018. But originally, she was diagnosed with essential thrombocythemia (ETE) at age 38 after developing blood clots and it later changed to polycythemia vera (PV) and eventually #myelofibrosis.
In this discussion, she's joined by top myelofibrosis specialists, Dr. Raajit Rampal with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Dr. Gaby Hobbs with Mass General Cancer Center who explain first symptoms, latest treatments and clinical trials.
