unfortunately a lot of people lose their lives or become seriously injured trying to retrieve lost/dropped phones (amusement parks, roads, train tracks, bodies of water)… im glad this woman was okay. no point in trying to chastise people who’ve paid the ultimate price or at least a hefty one for these decisions but… people seriously need to understand to pick and choose their battles

Alex, thank you! Fake online reviews is a real problem. I know it's a problem for authors in particular. I've also seen negative reviews when someone is upset with the author, company, etc. for a reason unrelated to the quality of the product (that they typically haven't even used). 😢
