What The Fox Was That? Fox Sounds In The ANF

What the fox was that?! Turn up the volume and listen to the interesting sounds of the gray fox in the Angeles National Forest. I believe these foxes are communicating with one another. In the second clip, you can actually hear another fox in the distance make the first sound and then the fox in the picture responds.

Wow, those very different calls than what the red foxes in Florida make. But a different fox species, a different call.
