So a pardon only works for a crime where you admit guilt . Pardoning those under investigation should encourage them to admit and provide evidence of everything they have done. Actually a brilliant outcome of very cooperative witnesses. Hand over all the evidence, good for you, bad for trump/

To which the answer will be, "Yes.", and the truth will be, no, not in the slightest, I'm far too dumb.
