'Universal Collapse' Hakumen Neta Combo

This is a remake of a recent video. I've made three main adjustments: I applied my palette to Hakumen, used a dl.96 instead of a 8-dl.66 before the j.214B, and changed the 6246C - 623A - 6246C ender to 6246C - 6246{C}. As hinted by RetroRed (whom I thank), the double Shippu is quite rare so catching the opportunity is nice.
