A7iv owner here! You should compare r5 with a7riv or a1 but still a7iv is better! Better focus, dynamic range, ergonomics and lens options!

the comparison is flawed. You compare two cameras where one costs half as much. Both systems are great, what matters is who operates the camera. that it's still not in people's minds

no comparison.... the r6mkII smacks the a7iv lol.... i have a r5, r6mkII and a a7iv... i know.

not good comparison, the alpha 7RV is the one to compare with the canon r5

Canon 100% I have their quality glass from years of acquisition. The cameras have been reliable and they don’t obsolete their own products so quickly. Sony is good but I stay with tried and true. Look at the sidelines and you see Canon when you got one chance to get the shot.
