I'd say go in prepared to adjust. In my home league everyone started taking QB's and TE's way too early so I while my leaguemates were zigging I started zagging and scooped up tremendous value at RB and WR early and then pieced it together at QB and TE towards the end of the draft. Took a shot at Caleb Williams in the 10th, got TJ Hockenson in the 13th and stashed him on IR which opened up a roster spot. I would have loved a Jaylen Hurts or a Trey McBride for instance, but when my leaguemates waay overvalued those guys and they were gone it wasn't worth it to me to try and reach and chase them at those positions, it was much better to grab the advantage at WR and RB and figure out TE & QB later. So be prepared with late round picks for every position in case you need them.

I play in a league with 3 WR and 2 Flexs, my first 4 picks were WR's. Didn't take my first RB until round 7.

It's important to stack your STARTING roster...stack your RB's and WR's, get your TE and QB not too late...THEN worry about your bench...if your starting roster (minus D and K) are taken care of you will no doubt have a solid bench of rotational players for bye weeks then just stream D's and K's because it's quite simple to do it...

I won the championship last season by drafting star WR (had Lamb/Diggs - picked up Puka/Dell/Addison) but this year at the #2 spot couldn't resist picking CMC, then Achane and Cook fell to me as well - should be an interesting season with most of my talent at RB

My roster is Josh allen, cmc, k williams, nico collins, london, aiyuk, engram, jacobs, rice, h butker and steelers defence. On bench I have keenan allen, zeke, lockett, hubbard, smith-nijba, mclaughlin, malachi corley and obj on reserve (10 man league) Im projected to win it but Im kind of uncertain on the productivity on some of my team, what you guys think

Hi, I’m new to fantasy football this year. (I only joined because the guys in my family needed another team). I don’t watch football and have no interest. (57 year old female) I got 1st draft pick (luck) but I scored A+ and am projected to come in first place (8 teams). What the heck happened?! Was it just dumb luck? All I did was try to make sure all my positions were covered and that I had some back ups too. The only player I really chose out of rank order was Butker, my 2nd pick. I chose Gibbs 3rd because I thought it sounded good with my team name (Gab’s Pumpkin Latte team). I picked Flowers because I liked his name, etc. I did stuff like that.
