Tesla Increases Model Y Prices, Disqualifying it from iZEV Rebate in Canada

The new prices are as follows:
- Model Y Long Range RWD now costs $60,990.
- Model Y Long Range AWD is priced at $64,990.
- Model Y Performance is now $69,990.

With these changes, the Model Y no longer qualifies for the iZEV rebate. Tesla has also removed any reference to the rebate from its website. This price hike coincides with reports that the iZEV fund is running out of money, potentially preserving funds for other electric vehicle manufacturers.

For Canadian buyers, this means paying more upfront for the Model Y without the rebate. Some may now consider other eligible electric vehicles in the same price range.
