How to make this Mario Kart peak:
1) add almost every important character they can (the main stays, E Gadd, Nabbit, the extended DK cast, a lot of the enemies, etc.)

2) Add Skins (mainly for King Boo to give him his Mansion design along with making some of the cast more varied)

3) Makes Miis and Amiibo feel notable

4) The balancing and gameplay needs to be balanced and good

5) Finally add a good new feature not in 8 deluxe, even if it was in a previous Mario Kart.
