It's weird that it doesn't come standard. I have an 2022 X2 that doesn't have it. The upgrade is $2100 but includes a bunch of things I don't need. Just wanted the blind spot detection.. so odd.

Cool!! Any word on the March update for iX? Also who do I complain to about the new “smart” ventilation that changes the setting on me a minute later even after I change it manually.

1. Is blind spot detection(driving assistant package) working on all speeds?
2. Do you know if I add the driving assistant package on my order if it adds more sensors or it uses the existing parking sensors?
I am trying to understand if it’s worth the extra money (about 600+€). What is your opinion?

The problem is there are also blind spots in front and on the sides as well. Like your A column blind spots, etc. that this does not detect.
