Nice video. If you happen to be the Austin side of Houston, there is a nice place called Berdoll saw mill that has really nice cedar slabs with live edge (and others). They are located between Austin and Bastrop (in Berdoll), closer to Bastrop.

Do the lumber yards you go to allow you to walk in and browse around? I read some reviews of the lumber yards here in Fort Worth recently, and some people were saying that due to covid the staff won't let them inside. Instead you tell them what you're looking for and they will bring it out to you. Haven't tried myself yet.
