Why Non-Duality Is So Confusing (Paradox of Non-Duality Explained)

Non-duality means 'not two,' and refers to the fundamental reality that everything is ultimately one. However, on the level of forms, the relative experience is clearly dualistic (the perception of self vs other / subject vs object). The mind cannot grasp the paradox that separation exists within unity because the mind itself is confined by its own dualistic limitations, and direct experiential recognition of this understanding lies beyond the limitations of the mind.

Communication is the key, when you are willing to communicate with your environment you then are connecting with it and thus it becomes one, United so to speak, for example the paint communicates (contacts/connects) and binds with the canvas and so it becomes one in unison and we have a blend, a unison/union. Communication is connection, by the very fact that you exist you are in constant communication with the universe, regardless of whether or not you are willing to recognize this, if you refuse to recognize this communication then you are agreeing with disconnection and separation and so it becomes your path and The universe supports you unconditionally so it reflects that separation back to you, it’s your choice

There is only God which includes ‘us’, ‘we’ are God, ‘we’ are doing this. There has never been anything but your doing, you are not only the existence of the entirety of your experience but everything that has ever happened or anything that will ever happen, there is no other or external everything is internal, it is all you.

There is no need for anything to be identified as being in particular and therefore no individuality, and so there is everything as a whole or wholeness which is already free from the need for anything to happen and so just absolute freedom (non-duality)

Just stumbled across this and this has nothing to do with non duality. Non duality is revealed when there is a collapse of the self/ me from the body.
Non doership ( of thought, speech and movement ) is revealed. And the 'selfing energies' based around fear and desire are purged out the body. Can be a brutal energetic process

You need your brain to realize this. You can even be conscious of your thoughts but you still need the brain to realize them. Does this mean that without your brain, functioning properly, you cannot realize your true self? Is what you are talking about just a matter of having faith?
