In 2023, our group of youth evaluators, the "Quality Team", set out to answer the following research questions: 1) How have program offerings impacted youth? 2) How do our land use efforts contribute to our mission and vision, and how has this effected the community?
After conducting a series of interviews with past participants, staff, and leadership, as well as facilitating a focus group over the course of a year, Q-Team has chosen to showcase their findings in this documentary. In this film, our youth evaluators discuss the history of Urban Neighborhood Initiatives, and how youth programming and green space initiatives have transformed the community.
