Community

Community can make a difference in business.

Today I visited the white hill town of Vejer de la Frontera in Andalusia, Spain. We did a guided tour to learn more about the history and how people live here.

Vejer was influenced through different cultures during the centuries. A huge influence had the Moors.

What was interesting was that people live here in small communities, and they share big houses with a patio in the middle. Very often the kitchen is connected to the patio, and this is the place where people spend the most time. So the different families are always in contact to each other and help each other out.

The same also works in business. When several people help each other to grow their own business. Such a community is, for example, the Six Figure Mentors. Everyone in this community builds their own business. On the other hand, they share also their experience and help each other. When you have a question or a problem, you can ask the community and someone has the answer to it.
