The legendary metal guitarist Dimebag Darrell personally shares a free lesson on how to play "Save Me" (riff, solo, and outro), straight from Dimebag Darrell's Riffer Madness DVD (item#: 00-35005).

The riffs and patterns made famous by Dime, founding member of Pantera and Damageplan, are all captured in this special tribute DVD, including special features:

• Two extensive "Lost Lessons" taught by Dimebag himself
• Interview with Dime's wife Rita Haney
• A "Dime Tribute" performance featuring Nick Bowcott
• And much more!

This long-awaited DVD tribute to the godfather of modern metal is finally here. Based on Dime's best-selling instructional book, Riffer Madness, this DVD is hosted by Dime's co-writer, good friend, and protege, metal maestro Nick Bowcott. It features long lost one-on-one special footage of Dime teaching some of his most classic licks. Nick Bowcott helps pass Dime's torch to the next generation. He takes 97 of Dime's critical riffs and patterns and uses them as a jumping-off point to help young guitarists play their favorite guitar parts and, more importantly, understand the creativity, attitude, feeling, and intention underlying each pattern. Nick also covers killer rhythm guitar, power grooves and pick squeals, psychotic syncopation, holes of silence, chromatics, diabolical dyads, and much more! The DVD includes printable PDF TAB, an exclusive interview with Dime's wife, Rita Haney, and two long lost lessons filmed by Dime.

"Whether you are a beginner or technically advanced in metal guitar playing, or even consider yourself a Pantera guitar expert, there is something to learn for everyone here. This release is highly recommended."

Dime was one of the most cool and chilled out dudes to ever walk the face of this planet. To this day, I still don't understand how or why anyone would have ever wanted to take his life. I miss him.

Dimebag is the first in the world that started with guitar tutorials, and vlogs too !! He has several vlogs, he loved recording himself. He would have been a great youtuber, without a doubt. Rest in peace the brothers

I got a Dimebag pick from pantera's last tour and I have it in a safe place because, to me and my nephew, it's a jewel. A"diamond"of Darrells.

His tone sounds so mean and gnarly here, even with just a random cam mic with his home setup. God damn. RIP to the legend. I still miss him.

That bone crushing grind. Dime was the man. I have a Dime story. My cuz and I went to Bogarts to see Pantera, Suicidal Tendencies, and Exodus. Pantera opened the show but we had never heard of them. They rocked the house man. Anyways when Exodus took the stage we in the pit and I looked over at the guy moshing with me and it was Dime! He wasn't famous back then but it's still a good story.

I had the pleasure of seeing Pantera 5 different times back in the day. Although I'm a drummer, I was watching Dime 90% of the time during the show. He was just mesmerizing and so fun to watch. He's by far my all time favorite guitar player.
