this is brillaint we here in uk that america doesnt get help with nurtion this is fablous this programme does this .i know my stuff how to eat well but i suffer with fibromyalgia which causes unwanted eating session as pason get so bad 😞 but it really do try . is it ok just to have frozen veg i have mixed veggies and such as carrot and peea sweetcorn . then bag of from long peas extra is that ok i do bar avcado and butternutsquash wrhn pay day arises i just do awful bread binge when down. where can i send my question too great show america should be greaful for this xxx
