If you've ever considered speed training, this one's for you.

We put the @rypgolf system to the test over the course of 30 days.

2 totally different testers, 2 unexpected results.

Would you try this out?

Both of these guys swing over 100 mph, and are probably more accomplished than the average hacker, so I doubt that they'd add a LOT of clubhead speed. As an old guy who swings closer to 90 mph, I doubt the results of this test would mean much to me.

Do you publish the details of the training regimen for the 30 day test? Would be great to know if lasts without going back to 30 days of training.

I think its all a scam and never relates to scoring better.

You could probably swing a broom handle for 30 days gain a mile or two in swing speed. Not a good value IMO.

I find no one really trains swing speed in general. I started golfing about 2 years ago. Started watching dechambeu and some of his speed training. Doing that once a week I went from 180 on driver to 190 in a month and a half. Applying an “aid” without even doing the training before doesn’t really prove it works if it’s the first time you’re actually speed training
