The BEST DEPRECIATED Super SUV Is A HYPER HATCH?! (Stelvio QV Review)

The Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio looks like an SUV but drives like a hyper hatch, as I find out in this video! Considering these can be bought for under £30k, they could be one of the best depreciated SUVs for the money. Today I take one out for a drive, courtesy of Motorland, to let you know my thoughts.

I hope you enjoy!

Just subscribed, thanks for the reminder. I'm definitely not feeling the whole SUV craze, much more excited by hatches

@carswithjb, actually the Stelvio QV does 0-62mph in 3.3 seconds, not 3.65!!! Big difference....

So JB,
Just go back on your video of the Giulia quadrifoglio and look at your reaction compared to this . Amazing vehicle, but ... and another thing on the look of this car, would you not be completely pissed off when you have spent all your hard earned cash on an M3 to find it out of date within 2 odd years where the Giulia is timeless. Pity they never did an estate, that would be perfect.

I think you should diversify your videos and do top 10 most practical first cars, or cheapest vans to insure for first drivers, I love your videos but I fall into this category as I work in construction, cheapest pick up trucks to insure for young or middle age drivers.

I'm getting the impression it's a lot like the Macan GTS I drove. Very good car, but I just have the strong feeling that it would be even better if it was a foot lower.

I drove the Macan because the reviews were "it's a big hot hatch" but nah, no amount of handling magic can hide the weight, but especially the higher centre of gravity. I feel these things get the "hot hatch" label more because actual hot hatches have lost their character - hence I struggled to find one I liked!

That said, this is "only" 1830kg according to the Autotrader listing for this exact car, which is actually not bad! The new M5 is 2435kg...more than double my Pug and over 600kg heavier than either the GS450h or this 500hp SUV. The Giulia is 200kg lighter though, so an estate of that would just be better...

What happens if you wear a non Alfa Romeo top in an Alfa Romeo? 🔥

Have you driven a Jaguar F-Pace SVR? They are more extreme than the Alfa and more unique with their supercharged V8!👍🏻

I drive and have driven all sorts of cars... I am also an Estate kind of guy, and true sports cars, but I have also enjoyed driving Range Rovers Sports in the past (didn't own it, you got to be mad to own one as they are so unreliable 🤣) and despite its size etc... for long journeys, it's like a salon/a lounge on wheels, which is great for such journeys. The Alfa is a sweet looking SUV, but I would never buy one... It's a choice I s'ppose, and each to their own, but I'd rather still have an Estate...

I like these but the infotainment is a big let down. I'm coming from an x5 and bmw's system is amazing and so easy to use
