For once, i actually agree with Shapiro's reaction here, and you could tell Waller was triggered by the question. He's always posting these videos where he acts like he's in total control of his actions, yet when she brought up the idea of him possibly having a limited mindset when it came to being faithful you could tell it hit a nerve with him. Even guys like him have weaknesses and flaws, and he was very uncomfortable being called out like that and being exposed. I don't fault her at all for asking that question, it was a good question, and he got butthurt by it. Its about time someone called him out on his bullshit since he's constantly doing it to everyone else all the time!!
