With now less than two months until the start of the 2024-2025 NBA season, it's time to look forward at every team and talk about one big question they face going into the new year. Do the Golden State Warriors have a good second option for Steph Curry? Can Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, and the Phoenix Suns can defend enough? Is Klay Thompson is going to be effective for the Dallas Mavericks? What will the Oklahoma City Thunder starting lineup look like outside of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Jalen Williams and Chet Holmgren? Will Christian Braun be enough to replace Kentavious Caldwell Pope in the Denver Nuggets' pursuit for another title with Nikola Jokic? Will Kristaps Porzingis' injury slow down the Celtics? Did the Los Angeles Lakers do enough this offseason? Do the New York Knicks need another center? There's a lot of questions to be answered. So, let's talk about it.

The Joel Embiid when healthy should not be in the convo anymore. It's about to be year 10 and he's still not healthy.

Hey cone love your content

You should have a 'go ahead' counter on your videos because it's funny how often you say it ❤

Cleveland’s lack of bench & having no real 3&D wing to complete the starting lineup has been hurting them in the playoffs.

You nailed it, man. The only one I might change is the Brooklyn Nets. I think their question should be "how bad can they be? And does that land them Cooper Flagg?" But I know you had a sort of similar question with the Jazz, so I understand not wanting to repeat yourself.

I really wish that the Celtics would have drafted Kyle Filipowski. Questions about his readyness coming into a win now environment aside, the guy spent 2 full seasons playing college ball, already giving him an edge in terms of experience. But more importantly, during those KP injury riddled stretches, he's a guy that can slot into that stretch 5 slot quite well. Sure he may need to work on his shot a bit, but the Celtics are already locks for the playoffs anyway so why not use that regular season time to get him confident when he releases his shot from outside the arc. He's already a really skilled big man inside the paint and is a very capable defender when it comes to being able to withstand banging bodies down low and cleaning the glass as well.

The question for Miami should probably be : can they figure out how to trade players and sign free agents before the season start to get us finally a PG that can play in the first team

Bulls - Giddey starts as the primary point guard/playmaker and Lonzo Ball spends some time in the G League. If Lonzo totally cooks everyone in the G-League (as he should) then he can join the main team. If he struggles in the G-League then let him go.

Grizzlies - If they stay healthy, they're in the playoffs. Best thing they can do is get Zach Edey starting at center. Throw him in at the deep end and get him used to the NBA because then he'll be useful in the playoffs.

My question for the 76ers is not can they stay healthy, but if they are even capable of making an eastern conference finals appearance. Year 10 for Embiid and even when he’s healthy he has been unable to make a deep run. How many “super teams” do they have to assemble to get Embiid to the conf finals?

In retrospect the ROY race between Ben Simmons and Donovan Mitchell is hilarious. Philly fans and the media were saying Simmons is the next Magic lmao. Maybe they should have pumped the brakes and been concerned about the lack of any type of jumper from him. Now Mitchell is a top 20 player and elite scorer and Simmons is unplayable and almost out of the league.

The question in Philly is "was Embiids prime fully wasted by Tobias or not"

I think the problem with the bucks core is they’re all getting a lil old. Giannis will be 30 in December.

Bro Embiid got knee surgery last year he didn't take time to reat and re-injure it lol that's the problem with the Embiid narrative.... no one actually knows unless they're actually Sixera fans. It's just ah Embiid sucks
