How To Use An Amazon Hub Locker To Return A Package - Find A Hub Locker & Drop Off Your Returns!

I'm a big fan of Amazon, and buy a lot of different products from them. But sometimes the item isn't just what I expected, it arrived broken, or it even arrived too late for when I needed it. At that point, it's time to go through the Amazon Returns process and get the item back to them for a refund or exchange. Fortunately, Amazon has a lot of ways to make the return process easy and convenient, which is another reason why I like buying from them! One of their more unique ways to allow customers to return a package, is by using an Amazon Hub Locker. These lockers are in place in many different locations, and can be a great way to get your return back to Amazon with very little hassle. Why is this no longer an option.... I have to drive 30 miles away to a ups store when I have a hub locker a half mile down the road

Does the shipping box have to be an amazon box or those blue colored bags from amazon?
Or any kind of box?

One question. If the package get not received initial to the Amazon locker - instead it was delivered directly to your residential address, can you still return it over the locker?

Hi I dropped a return parcel into the hub locker today but I forgot to put a return label on it. It did say I need one but when I was setting up the return online it did say I didn't need a box or label so I just presumed I didn't know one and put the box in the locker and the door shut but when I got home to check return it says I need to add return sticker and it's waiting to be scanned to be sent back. Is there a way to re open the hub locker after its shut ? So I can add label or take my item out? Or will it be taken and accepted for a return without the label ? Don't know what to do

Returned mine to the locker yet I still have the option to print out another return label!

Thank you Stan for enlightening me on the Amazon lockers.My seller, who is an Independent seller used the UPS ground services in August last year.The parcel was then taken to the Amazon locker .Due to the forgetfulness of the receiver, this parcel has not returned to the seller by Amazon locker services.I contacted UPS and they told me that on their records it says delivered.My question is, is it possible that the parcel is still at the hub and who do I contact with this query as it’s not easy to navigate the Amazon locker site as it is too long a time lapse for it to recognise the tracking number.
