There are 2 double sharps and 2 double flats with black note equivalents except for G#/Ab. Think about it 7x5 (7 notes times 5 accidentals) is 35 and 35/12 (number of chromatic notes)is 2 with a remainder of 11. Which means 11 chromatic notes have at least 1 name with a double sharp or flat.
Double sharps: E## (F#/Gb) B## (C#/Db)
Double flats: Cbb (Bb/A#) Fbb (Eb/D#)

there are 35 names. 3 for every note except G#. C# is C# Db AND Bx
