Unfortunately, many victims cant separate the symbol from the atrocities - we are taking about millions of people. Now you can to to continue justify your unfortunately poor choice of symbol and ignore its effect on other people, or you can change. These days, companies are checking very carefully that names for products, companies, etc. do not have an offended meaning in other languages. You could do the same.

Dear Dr. Sharma/ I know that in the Indian culture the swastika is nice graphical sign, for for millions of people around the world who suffered and butchered by the Nazi regime, the swastika is a sign of worst horrible memories and represents evil. I think that it is a well known fact around the world that the swastika symbolizes the Nazis, and I think that it is distasteful and does not respect a large part of of humanity to use it as part of your logo.
