He mentioned constantly downloading new perspectives and learning from other actors, directors, and producers. He says he does not create conflict, he listens. Overall, he says he always does his best. At one point he says Do it, do it, do it. Creativity is in you, just let it out. Be spontaneous. I think that's how you find your confidence--by always learning, doing your best, doing what you want to be good at no matter the obstacles and being spontaneous--without overthinking or falling in a state of what I call analysis paralysis.
