I agree, Acheron is broken. basically making MoC 12 feel like SU, dealing 1 million + damage every turn (1 turn ults are pretty easy to get)

My acheron, that is absolutely not build yet managed to do a 150k dmg ult, i found it genuinely hard to believe (3 artefact maxed, 4 artefact lvl0, archeron lvl70 with light cone lvl 65 and talent sitting at 7-7-7. She has like 2400atk and 20-80 crit)

My acheron deals 300k-400k+ consistently and can ult every turn (market fu xuan, pela, SW, Acheron) she is absolutely broken, now i just need to build my second team and everything is set

I think all 3 DPS have their place in S+. Jingliu is the most flexible with teams and relics due to the 50% CR. Also low SP cost. DHIL and Acheron do a ton of damage, but you have to build the team around them heavily. Acheron has the most restrictions, but probably has the biggest payoff if you get everything.

Acheron still has potential to get better partners like a Nihility that can act as a better sustain than Welt or another strong debuffer since there's only really Pela and SW. I know there's Swan and Guinaifen, but they don't have as strong of debuffs.

When we get the new 5* nihility debuffer/healer she's gonna be even better, only competition is e2 dhil which is obviously pretty expensive

I am using Acheron E1/S1, Pela E6 with Luka’s LC, Sparkle E0/S1 and Gepard E1 with Trend LC. Building slashed dream stacks is so fast especially with Gepard’s high aggro getting attacked 2-3 times consecutively. I might snipe Acheron’s E2 to get the 60% damage trace then finally stop spending in HSR.

My personal take il felt easy to manage than jl uptime on my account bcz if you can't keep her in state for 4-5 attacks she will be sp hungry and if she enters her buff state all 1 turn buffs expire massive dmg loss. Ruan mei is good with her. Il is just felt easy for me to handle even with bronya. I can keep my jingliu in her buffstate for 6-7 attacks with huohuo and tingyun still it needs rng and planning than il.

I know Acheron is good so decided to try pulling for her, but I lost my 50/50 again for the 4th time in a row and all at high pity.. Sigh.. 😞
Maybe I'll just save for Jingliu and wait for Acheron rerun, and at that point hopefully I'll have several GNSW, and most importantly win the 50/50.

And at least I got E2 Gallagher.

I don’t agree on gallagher at all, he has a 100% uptime on his besotted state, which heals a lot of health. Any speed oriented team benefits a lot from his healing. Also, having a 4 star sustain dealing 50k when he breaks only gives him more value. If you try to build him for damage you’re doing it wrong: tanky, break effect is optimal.

He’s A tier for sure . And it surprises me that he’s in B, considering they keep in consideration the E6 version of him.

The thing between daniel and JL is the same thing between blade and Jingyuan.
It is so simple that people was blind at the time thinking right away "oh damn, blade is so easy to use compared to jy and his sloww LL, so blade is undoubtly better than JY". But they didnt took one thing in mind, and that is : future proof and marge of progression.
Since blade and JL are pretty easy to use and can reach their full dps ceiling so quickly, they are really cool dps so less error marge, but that error marge is easy to surpass, especially by char who had the same or more dmg but restricted in some way by the rules of before, and once that marge is surpassed, they no longer have marge to progress since their kit was almost complete at the start. And they both fall of quickly as soon as they leave their state of combat, while dps like jY and Dhil, could dish out monstrous dmg, everytime with some voluntary issues which restrained them, and made them future proof.
Now dhil is far more superior than JL witj nowadays units, and so is Jingyuan with blade

Acheron is great and I agree that she's better than the other 2 based on what I have read and seen, but out of context damage screenshots aren't very convincing as an argument. Argenti can get very similar big damage screenshots and obviously that doesn't automatically make him the best of the best

The reason why acheron is so much better is because her uptime is a lot higher and every teamate effectively functions as tingyun for her. If it was just big damage screenshots that she had going for her, wind dan heng would be in S tier because he can occasionally have massive nukes with his ult. Obviously there is a world of difference between wind dan heng and the others because they have so much better uptime on their massive damage

Basically, I just don't think random damage numbers are a convincing reason as to why any characters are good or bad. You have to look at the damage in context. The context of her damage is what makes Acheron strong, not just the damage itself

I'm genuinely curious. I've heard a lot ofpeople, content creators, and fans, talk about when Acheron get's a dedicated support, she'll be even better. I love Acheron, that's baby girl, but I'm curious what does that look like? I know in general we won't know until we know, but like what possibly can she get that would make her stronger, almost to the exclusion of other dps? Like what is her faruzan or gorou? As I think on it, Sparkle buffs Danil because of his skill stack mechanic. Like her kit is pretty solid, and I feel like dedicated supports either A) directly synergize that character or B) cover their weakness/limitations. Acheron's kit seems pretty solid. It seems like you can run her completely unoptimized (like with no nihilities on her team at all) and she's still doing crazy damage lol. Again, I'm not challenging the idea that there will never be a dedicated support, that would be awesome. But at this stage of the game, my imagination fails me. So I ask the community, what does that look like? The only thing I can think of is "5* Pela, " but a 5* Pela is going to be like Furina and buff the whole game.

That aside, I like how universal she is. 1) Having the true AOE to be good in any content, 2) Just completely ignoring weaknesses. An amazing character
