It's not actually the overpower that is causing the insane damage, it's the Viscous Shield legendary node. It's scaling MUCH MUCH higher than it says. just removing it takes me from doing 2 billion damage hits to 100 million meaning that it's giving a 20x multiplier

Love how the stat squish was to basically make things easier to understand and having smaller numbers so while having the same or simmilar amount of power then theres builds like this that literally does this

My Quill Volleys for some reason do not generate the Vigor at specific point, I'm basically on 270/280 resource all the time and can't proc the amulet - I'm using the resource elixir however - can it be because of that?

theres something im missing here, i got the gear -tyraels, i got 275vig almost lvl p200 and max damage is 20-40mil, im so confused what is the thing keeping this build from not working
