How to set up AzureAD with SAML Single Sign-On for Data Center with Just-In-Time provisioning

First we show you how to configure our SAML Single Sign-On app on Jira. Then we jump over to Azure AD and create there an enterprise app to be able for Azure to accept our SAML authentication request. At the end we will go back to Jira to finish the configuration and test it.
