A lot of people don't seem to understand Sunday is historically a day of rest, and you know, shop employees also have lives.

10:49 As a Norwegian, I don't really understand the confusion here. Pretty much everyone I know simply do their grocery shopping on their way home from work. I don't see why you would need a full day dedicated to it.

Maybe it's an American car culture thing? I mean there are grocery stores everywhere here, so no matter where you live, you're probably within walking distance to one. Grocery shopping isn't really something you need to dedicate any time to, you just do it whenever you happen to be out of the house.

The closed-on-Sunday thing can definitely be inconvenient in some cases, but it's never really a problem.

I don't know why Drew is amazed that Poland closes in Sunday. Poland is very religious of course they would close stores in the Lord's day(Sunday)

10:58 - Our supermarkets in most European countries are most likely within walking distance from our homes, and they aren't Target, Costco or Wallmart-sized (We do have "hyper markets", but they'll sometimes require a long 30 minute drive). It will likely take you 15 minutes after work to do grocery shopping somewhere you inevitably pass by on your way home from work

Shops closing on sunday isn't a big deal, just go earlier

Well, a Sunday in Europe is basically "Your day off to see the kids"

Can someone explain me why free Sunday is so unbelivable to so many? You have 6 days from 6-22/23 to do shopping, a lot of shopping now is made trough internet, so what one fixed free day make people so buffled?

Grocery shopping is no problem in germany. As the shops are everywhere you can easily go there on your way home.
The fact that on sunday all shops are closed brings an incredible pease of mind on at least one day a week.
You cannot go shopping, so you will spend that day with your family, friends or rest altogether.

You can get groceries after work as well. In europe most people shop for 2 or 3 days and dont use the car. So ifs shorter and quicker trips rather than a 3 hour job

I don’t understand why Denmark is shown in Green when Denmark is literally the only country in Europe Trump has directly said would invade. Its also one Trump has directly said to put tariffs on. Incorrect map for sure.

A lot of people don't understand that there are things called "shifts", so you have different people working on the weekend and in compensation they get free days elsewhere like maybe Thursday and Friday as an example.

Drew, you forget that going to a supermarket in Europe generally is done when you get home from work, since you probably pass one on your way home. We dont have the Northern American zoning policy, putting supermarkets outside of residental areas with massive parking lots. Groceries takes like 10-20 min, we dont lose a whole day from it

10:00 In Europe church have been the main sunday-activity for most of our history, it's the day you are supposed to relax accourding to the bible and most countries nowadays is just keeping it as an tradition even tho a smaller percentage is christian. I am from Norway and no one is confused over here, sunday is a day made for relax or familytime, it's also cheaper for the stores to have closed 1 day of the week because they won't sell less because people will just buy more off the stores on saturday, it's also to protect workers so no one is working like 7-days a week thing. I personally like this tradition. (In places with high tourism, the shops are open everyday tho, like ski resorts etc).

13:00 reasons why south korea hates trump
1. Trump saying
"I'll gonna relocate us troops in korea if south korea doesn't pay defense sharing more than 5 times compare to current measure'
SK public opinion
"We better off start nuclear program rather than paying to that bastard"
2. Trump claims SK for US navy's shipbuilding because US shipbuilding industry kinda collapsed
SK public opinion: trump wants our help but he seems to be not the guy compensate for the help

SK conservative: trump is the guy who tried negotiating with nuclear bomb with NK and he almost approved it. He is not the guy we should trust

SK liberal: trump is the guy who tries to exploit korea(what i mentioned earlier) and not giving back. He is not the guy we should trust

+ lot of crazy stuff trump is saying

10:10 That's why you go shopping on Saturday or Friday so that you have enough for the weekend. I really don't understand the problem with Sunday being a day of rest. It is and should be reserved for when you want to go to church. And I mean most restaurants are open if you really are starving.

Here in Hungary they tried forcing big shops to stay close on sunday, But actually a lot of workers opposed it too. The extra bonus for sunday shift is kinda a big thing for them.

12:56 trump has also threatened to restructure agreements with South Korea, making it much harder for them to successfully respond to a North Korean attack.
