The Two DJI Pocket 3 Accessories I can't Do Without

These two DJI Pocket 3 accessories got me using my Pocket 3 again. The Puluz mini tripod adapter is a lot smaller and stronger than the original. The slim case protects the gimbal better and makes the whole package much smaller and more pocketable.

It is a design flaw that you need the add on for the quarter inch thread and I also find it too small to use without it fitted. I feel like I’m going to drop it without it on. I like the case too. I got one as soon as I got the camera.

Yup, that Sunnylife case is an essential accessory. Personally I have never thought of improving the little base, but your points about that are very valid. One advantage of the one you recommend is that if the camera is heavier it helps with image stability when walking, at least a little. Lastly, I tend to have the little base screwed onto the tripod, then attach the camera very quickly to that when it needs to be on the tripod.

The accessory which I am still hoping that DJI will produce is an extension rod like the one for the Pocket 2, with a phone holder and remote control buttons. Covering a local outdoor festival recently, I cobbled a rig together to provide extension, plus phone holder, plus Zoom M3 32 bit float mic holder, but the word 'cobbled' is well chosen. (The mic performed very well, capturing the sound of people chatting around the stalls, and then the stage performances from a location right by the loudspeakers with no level setting, but then you have to do a fair bit of work on the levels when editing because that dynamic range is not what people expect in a YouTube video. The quiet bits just seem too quiet).

The case is available on Ebay too. I saw it there and at first I quite liked it, but after thinking about it some more I am worried that if the part that extends over the screen ever gets caught on something the case will put excessive force on the gimbal as that is the only place where the case is held on

For the case I face same issue at the beginning… but the best way to open it easily is to pull the part with screen protector not other one..

Does the dji pocket 2 tripod fit the pocket 3? I want to keep my old tripod from my pocket 2 for when I buy the 3

Does that case fit over the filters such as the wide angle or polarized ones that come extra?

I hope so since the original case has a holder but as you said it's bulkyto not really fit into a pocket for example
