I used to fill sorry for ppl who are removed from wetlands, l by Nema but not any more. Every ugandan knows building in a wet land stops proper water, natural drainage. But ppl still build there because others have done it. Don't do things because other ppl are doing it. Do things because it's the right, and lawful thing to do. Otherwise prepare for such incidents. We are fed up of flooded Kampala roads because rain water has no where to go. Those intending to abuse Me for my views sorry I don't read Other ppl's comments.
