Oh my lord. Thank you. I also spent over an hour trying to figure out how to delete / purge a friend's "Profile 1" and email address from my Microsoft Edge. I watched one YouTube video after video after video. I completely reset Microsoft Edge and dumped the appdata. Darned if his email address wasn't still there! Ugh! No matter what I did, I couldn't get that darned email address out of there. Then I watched your video, saw where you directed viewers in "Part 2" to go into the computer's "settings, " then "accounts" and sure enough, there was his email address. I deleted his email address and thought "It surely can't be that simple?" When I relaunched Microsoft Edge, his email address was gone from Profile 1. OMG!! LOL!. Now if I can just figure out how to get rid of this massive bruise on my forehead from beating my head on the desk. LOL. Thanks again. You're video was the fix all for my issue!
