As a person not living in India or China, based on my observations on various media, it is the peoples in India who like to compare India with China. Frankly, India is not in the same league with China.

India and China are two good examples of their two different political systems. The hard truth is that if China had chosen the same path as India did in the 1940s, the US would not have to worry about China today... China just showed how far and how quickly you can go with a nationwide, century-long considerate planning and teamwork.

The fact is there is no comparison of China and India.... China is far better than india in regards to infrastructure, health, cleanness, more discipline society, more modern in technologies and public transport, GDP, exports, ports, business...
Indians need to come out from there ancestral box and think and act like 21st century country and thinking but unfortunately india is still stuck in cast, religion and out dated customs....But Yes india has developed in so many sectors since 1947 that's is also reality.. But bottom line there is no comparison of China and India

Do not be affected by the negative comments, your videos are great as it allow people who cannot travel physically or financially to see the countries they can never dream of going thru your lenses. Good Job!

In fact Indians have been obsessed with comparing their country with China while Chinese people are only interested in comparing with themselves or America and the EU.

I am Chinese. Just a friendly advice to our Indian friends. It is understandable to have the desire to have foreigners feel good about your country. Because it makes you feel proud. Especially, for the citizens of countries like India and China etc. who were bullied and exploited in the recent history, and once were a great power. People want to prove that the time has changed, the table has turned. But my Indian friends, it is commendable that India obviously has developed. However, it is still far away from any type "super power". Instead of trying to comparing with other countries, ask yourself what you can do to make this country greater. Lastly, if it makes those Indians, who are obsessed with comparing with China, feel better, I admit, India is unbeatable.

You can never criticize anything about India cos' the backlash from keyboard warriors will be great. Conversely if your just level praises about India then plenty of kudos will be generously given.

China and india are two different level of players. People can compare them 50 years ago, but definitely not now. I suggest to the indian commenters, try to visit the world, especially if possible to china, see with your own eyes. Then they will know what is the fact against what their media tell them.

Most people just dont get it. You think China is already at the peak of its development? China's development pace is getting faster and faster, India will never be able to catch up regardless of how much time into the future. At this rate, by the time India catches up of what is China today, they would be probably more than 100 years behind China at that time.

As a Chinese, your video has changed some of my previous impressions of India. Thank you to those wonderful Indians for their contribution to their country. But in fact, the Chinese don’t want to compare with India. We just want to develop the economy peacefully.

The Chinese have never regarded India as a rival. In fact, the Chinese always compare themselves with the strongest aspects of other countries and regions in the world. For example, they compare artificial intelligence, scientific research, education, and military affairs with the United States; compare electronics and semiconductor with Japan; compare LNG ships with South Korea; compare automobiles with Germany; compare aircraft and nuclear power with France; compare chip manufacturing with Taiwan; and compare city governance with Singapore.

Ken:India is very safe. It's just that I'm 1.9 meters tall, don't go out at night, only stay in five-star hotels, and haven't had any stomach issues. I just haven't tried street food... These are all my personal reasons. India is great, please don't attack me online."😂

I am quite old and have witnessed the entire development of China. China achieved what it has today because several generations genuinely recognized their shortcomings and learned from the West with a very humble attitude. Even today, if you point out areas where China hasn't done well, many Chinese people will agree with you and commend you, as many still lack confidence. However, Indians are too proud, and this is actually detrimental to India.

I’m Chinese and I had a ten days trip to India in 2019, I went to the north part of India, Delhi Agra Varanasi Jaipur Udaipur. I really enjoyed my trip there despite the outside temperature was over 40 degrees in May. India has long history which left magnificent architecture to the country. Most of people I met there are very friendly, and I like the Indian cuisines (but I had meals only in the hotels or proper restaurants). To be honest, the hygiene could be improved in some public areas, but overall, I still think it’s a good destination to be visited, and for sure I’ll have my second trip to India if I have any chance. And plz don’t compare India with China, yes we are all developing countries with vast populations and long history, but each country has its unique culture background and way of development, there’s no need to make a comparison. Wish both of us becomes better and better and welcome more Indians to visit China.

I am Chinese and have lived and worked in Germany and France for over ten years. Most parts of China are no longer inferior to Europe, and the service in China is better. The laziness and irresponsibility of Europeans can be quite shocking. What I find most remarkable is that China's development is relatively even. There isn't a significant difference between a city with a population of 20 million and one with a population of 2 million. This is very difficult for such a large country with a population of 1.4 billion. Unlike Europe, where many places feel like they belong to another world. As for India, I have never been there, so I can't comment on it.

As for ideologies like freedom and democracy, those are toys for politicians. As an ordinary citizen, you don't really feel any difference in daily life. In Europe, I don't feel particularly free; in fact, I often don't dare to go out at night. In China, I don't feel a lack of freedom either, and no one disturbs my life. When the government makes mistakes or when there is unfairness and corruption, it still becomes headline news.
