Because at 5 am, the legendary fish market opens - known not only for its great seafood, but also for its loud-mouthed market criers. What does it take to make it as a market crier on this stage? Market criers on their own aren't really unique. I live hundreds of kilometres away from Hamburg and here you'll also see many market criers on weekly markets, flea markets and even regular fruit and vegetable stores.
