thank you bro, a new team and they havent been healthy all year but russ is gonna get criticized regardless, even if he has a good game they still point out the negatives but once this team is fully healthy and the rotations are figured out, they’ll be fine

They'll definitely get better... anyone that thinks theyll miss the playoffs is crazy unless they can foresee injuries or something like that. Theyll be probably a top 4 seed or so

They need some more time to develop and have chemistry

Honestly I’m not surprised about the hate on the lakers rn the lakers have plenty of hated players in there team like lebron and Russ but hopefully they can heat up during the season and hopefully Russ can try to adjust during the season

There are some overreactions, but some are just basic observations like the paint clogging with lineups like: Bron, AD, Russ, DJ, Melo.

And Russ is definitely doing some crazy shit, I honestly don't wanna see the usual Russ cycle no more or hear of it, because what usually happens is he underperforms in the playoffs after ending the regular season strong. "Russ gonna Russ" can't happen no more, he has alot of perks and upside, but also some downside. He's blowing layups at the rim and making mistakes tryna go 9990% against a set defense that is already expecting it, missing middy's, and instead of being the usual above average defender he is, he's often forgetting that there are indeed 5 opposing players on the court. I won't fully count him out obviously, he's a talented ass mf and we've seen this side to Russ before, but the rate he's started off to is absolutely awful, and I don't want to stare the eventual Russ cycle taking place again where it's Game 1 of the playoffs and Russ is either missing physically due to injury or is playing like he's missing his talent and forgot how to play basketball

I'm hoping Anthony Davis can actually stay in 1 piece for more than 15 consecutive games, his skill ain't mean shit if he's always watching the game from the sidelines in street clothes, Bron can't let Father Time win over this season, especially in the playoffs, and that Vogel needs to stop acting like a dumbass not knowing what he's dealing with, trying to pair the Russ (Who's basically a wildcard at any given moment that can't shoot the basketball) with little to no spacing, if Russ gonna Russ and do whatever tf comes to his mind at the moment, and doesn't change his play, give dude space so it doesn't always equal to a contested middys or turnover, at least.

So my concerns are more for: Stay healthy and hope Russ looks at himself play once and a while and says "Damn, I should slow tf down more", and finally, that Vogel doesn't try to coach like this is the 2020 Lakers or the 1980s, Russ ain't DWade, Russ ain't Rondo, Russ ain't fucking Dennis Johnson. Russ is Russ, treat him and the rotations around him like you're dealing with Russell Westbrook
