From her attendance at the Met Gala, to her front cover photo for teen vogue, to her billboards for covergirl in Times Square, Lillee Jean (an instagram model, actor, makeup guru, artist and singer with 1 million followers) appeared to have been at the top of her game career wise. That would be until she was exposed, as the girl that faked it all. Her photos, her following, her brand deals, her personality, fill in the blank, it was all fake. My Ex was obsessed with becoming an influencer, she would buy followers, comment on her own photos with fake accounts, buy products and pretend that she was sponsored by them, etc. She wouldn’t even post photos of us together on her page as she was scared of losing followers. Lily is insane. I’ve loosely followed her story since I saw Primink’s video on her a few years ago. I followed a few people on twitter that would talk about her and liked a few of their tweets. Even though I personally never made any tweets talking about her or anything she still found my profile and BLOCKED ME. For liking tweets about her. So that means she’s looking at every single tweet mentioning her name and blocking everyone that likes/interacts with them. Insane. Keeping up the facade is a full time job for she and her mom

It's truly insane how many people get conned in to supporting 1m+ followers, especially on ig who are 90%+ bought. Those influencers sell ads spots and shout outs to people who don't know better and it's insane what they get away with.

Narcissism in its highest form. She painted a godly image of herself (being a famous influencer/model) and when that reality began to crumble, started calling people out for ''bullying''. Its a classic technique to avoid negative consequences of your actions. Just call your critics bad names and play the victim and your'e fine.

she easily could have pivoted this into a huge (real) following if she claimed the whole thing was a social experiment about the artificiality of influencer culture. she had already generated a lot of interest with everyone investigating her, she could have gone fully Poppy and done something experimental like an ARG or something. anything but double down on the lie that everyone could see through.

A lot of "influencers" fake content for clout. However, this girl really goes over the top. She seems to have a pathological drive to portray herself as an internet celebrity. I worry what will happen now that she's been exposed.

This video is suuuper nice with her. Not even a mention about the weirdest parts - the French boyfriend, the infamous livestream, the hacker, her "love is love" statements... Lillee and her mother are people who believe "fair use" means "favorable to me". They DMCAed so many people Youtube automatically rejected some of their requests!! They will try their hardest to take your channel down.

Honestly, I find her whole story pathetic. She's obsessed with getting likes and follows that she began botting herself and feeling she's on a stage with a non-existing audience watching her while cancelling those who try to expose her. It sounds bad that people value their lives with internet points. She needs to learn a lesson.
